Yoga for Healthy Backs and Bones
This schedule will take effect March 7, 2016
Monday Evenings 6:00 - 7:15 pm in the Spirit Room
Thursday Mornings 10:00 - 11:15 am in The Community Room
Yoga is an excellent weight-bearing exercise for bone health and very healing for a variety of back issues. This class focuses on stretching and strengthening with a traditional Hatha yoga practice for all levels
No previous yoga experience required. Accomodations will be given, as needed.
Bring a yoga mat, if you have one. (A few will be available) Wear comfortable clothing and bring one or two blankets to assist with some poses.
